Order Confirmation

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Order acceptance occurs when we dispatch the products or send you a shipping confirmation.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. During peak seasons or special occasions, processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
  • Net Banking from all major banks

Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed through Razorpay, a secure payment gateway. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers. All transactions are encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology.

Pricing Errors

Despite our best efforts, some products may be listed at incorrect prices. If we discover a pricing error, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Promotional Offers

Promotional codes and offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. They cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

Delivery & Fulfillment

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to select areas within our service region. Please check the delivery availability for your location during checkout. We are continuously expanding our delivery network to serve more customers.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery times vary based on your location and the nature of the products ordered:

  • Fresh Items: Same-day or next-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM
  • Packaged Items: 2-3 business days
  • Custom/Bulk Orders: 3-5 business days or as agreed
  • Special Occasions: Scheduled delivery on your preferred date

Important Timing Information

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to deliver within the specified timeframe.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and order value. Free delivery is available for orders above ₹500 within our primary service areas. Charges will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address. For food safety and quality reasons:

  • Fresh items require immediate receipt and refrigeration
  • You may be required to provide ID verification for certain orders
  • Please inspect your order upon delivery for any visible damage
  • Contact us immediately if there are any issues with your delivery

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, additional delivery charges may apply for reattempt. Orders may be canceled and refunded (minus delivery charges) after two failed attempts.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligible Returns

Returns and refunds are accepted under the following conditions:

Return Window

For perishable items: Report issues within 2 hours of delivery. For packaged items: Return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact our support team immediately if you encounter any issues.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:

  • Fresh food items consumed or partially consumed
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Opened packaged items (unless defective)
  • Items purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

Replacements

Subject to availability, we offer replacements for defective or incorrect items. Replacement delivery will be scheduled at your convenience at no additional cost.
